When am I charged?
You are typically charged a deposit upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due closer to the event date.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy agreed upon at booking. If eligible, refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
